Love them or hate them, they are as Swedish as Swedish gets. “Köttbullar och brunsås” (I knew I should not do the accent) – meatballs with brown sauce. Simple, down to earth, “gets you there” food. Our rendering features spaghetti and took 15 minutes to make. Well, technically, warming up a pack and mixing the sauce from another pack is not really “making”, but – well – shut it. Anyways, one important conclusion: Ikea’s version doesn’t do them justice!
