Before plunging headlong into the Pyrenees visiting Dali’s museum theater in Figueres was the last good-bye kiss to the reality. Getting an injection like this of Dali’s art is an interesting experience. Never doubting him a genius, I have to say, today I gained a new respect for him as a painter and even the craziest of the installations that I saw started to make sense – maybe it’s the heat.
A special connection was discovered between me and him along the way: I, too, have a Russian wife, who I love!
